At Carvin Audio, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your sound. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Obtain an RMA Number

  Contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for processing all returns.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and ship the package to our designated service center using a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for functionality and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
